So I've been banned for outpost farming and need some clarity on the rule.

In one game a near by alliance decided to build about 20 outposts. I have no idea why, but they were small and weak so I took probably 16 of them and razed them. I could see how this might seem suspicious, but am I supposed to let another colony get the resources and let it be?

A week or so later I'm losing terribly in another game and just want to hinder my conquerer. I use spy attacks, take and downgrade his outposts, etc. I decide it's not possible to rebel so I'll just spam outposts and units to decrease my worker count, as in resources per tick, as in taxation for him. I probably build 8 or 10 outposts on the other side of the map. This gets me banned as "again outpost farming for your conquerer".

Do the admin's not look into the warnings and rulings of past offenses, or am I understanding this wrong?
