@jetlag all staliin did was have a few purges and take land from peasants leading most to starve. He killed his competition b4 he rose to power.

Uh yes, that was me indeed, back when you had a ruler name and a colony name (now simplified to player name).
My name now is just Hydro, and don't ask me why I registered on the forums as platina, I really regret it now. I even tried to contact the admins/ forum admins about it to change it back to Hydro, but I guess they were too busy.

I think unfortunately that these rules have been long lost, and all I see nowadays on the BD worlds ,
is a lot of backstab and dishonest wars.
