i dont know if its only me or if it happens to everyone

lately when a tick passes and i refresh the server it loads all the way - all the bars are blue and it just sits there with the red loading things on the curser

not alway happens but its like 50/50 when i refresh

when it happens i have to close page and re open and re log in

kind of a pain in the ace

any ideas?
