I would like to learn how to clean  I only have gimp though. And thats actually good. But one thing, is it free hand, or put the paper over a pic then draw the lines?

I'd love it if u use something to make the lines more clearer. Use some liner or something. So that when u clean u'll be easier to see the lines...

go to a convenience store and ask for a liner, but I think it should be in some drawing store (urr... place to buy things for drawing...) I'm making a tutorial about cleaning now
