I resign as leader.

I'm very happy with my friends from WL. We successfully warded OIL out of our area.

(Btw: WL losses: 1300, OIL losses: 3035). We only lost ground due to lost members.

I'm very proud of WL, and will work with my friends there for as long as i'm on E4.

We did pretty good for an alliance basically made from scratch ^_^
