Look, My Call of Lightning is on Level 4 But it does not do Damage like 110, 120 or Like That, It damage limit is 104, So please help me.

Energy gains more damage if you can reduce your enemies energy to 0. Try Equipping high level hooks/teleports will help reduce their energy before you hit them with the sword. On top of this use some side weapons to keep their energy at 0.

BY reducing your enemies energy to 0, any extra energy you do take from them will be added on as damage. For example if you hit someone with 0 energy with your Call of Lightning it will do the 69-99 damage + 50 extra damage that would normally have been -50 energy.

I don't think the Call of Lightning should do 50 energy drain with 69-99 damage. If the damage was lowered to 50-70 and 40 energy drain it would be more balanced.

You have to admit it is OP though.

More energy draining weapons designed for this purpose could be added.
