This means, if the staff deems it "Offensive Material" in accordance with any of those, they can remove it. If they deem he is not here to slander, defame or harass you, but simply to have a discussion with valid points and reasons behind it(screenshots, etc.) it can be allowed.

Its up to the staff to make these judgements, not the players themself. Therefore, posting rules, in which you can make no judgement in, is pointless.
