For the people who do not know coding and want to build a website or other internet stuff in html,php,sql etc i'd suggest you to use adobe deamweaver.
with this soft even a normal internet user can build an attractive website and there are video tutorials to help yo even more in this software.

My tip:-to learn photoshop and other softwares no need to join a course and waste bucks,just read the help file which is given with the software and its the best way to learn and improve your skills(i learnt usinf many softwares from the help file).
