I've tried playing from my Galaxy S2, but honestly it's impossible to use the main features of the game via the phone.
I was interested if anybody knew of a phone/tablet that ran BD just as well (or maybe even a little worse) than a cheap laptop. Thank-you. (:

Try the S3 or note 2. Maybe some powerful HTC? I'm using a Sony Xperia Arc S. Runs it rather well.
If you're going for a tablet, maybe you can try the Sony Xperia Tab or the Galaxy tab 10.1

I play fine on my galaxy S 2.
Phones run on flash some new phones don't.
You Don't "need" flash on your phone to play Battle Dawn.....you just need a flash browser.....try downloading photon it may be a bit crappy but it's free.
Oh and also do you guys play serious? Want to play an era sometime? I go all out on my Era's and am online 16-20 hours on a good era sometimes 24 hours a day activity wise, was wondering if you guys could do the same and wanted to possibly play an era with me.
