I've been playing a few games and it started in the last half n hour and it's every other game now

In there I've posted pictures, but basically the other player is reaching the end of his timer and then the game crashes. Then when I recheck in a few minutes I've been backed out and it counts it as a loss :/

So is it my fault this is happening?

I don't think it is your fault, especially if it is counting as a loss. Some players have found a way to cause their weapons not to load in somehow. When they use the weapons you can't see ( not loaded weapons), it causes the game to crash on your end. They can keep fighting you until it boots you to the main menu.It will look like the game has stopped on your end , but for them it looks like you are just sitting there doing nothing while the beat on you.

You should watch these replays to see if that is the issue anyways. It could be something different, but i am just letting you know that has been an issue lately.
