I keep getting the Loading message right in the middle:

None of the screens that I open can be moved to a different place (like pressing on the Events button, I cannot seem to move this screen to the left or right to see the OP or colony its referring to; the event screen just keeps on moving uncontrollably, but stays in the middle = very annoying).
I got this problem a few days ago, very annoying but I am not very active on BG so its not game changing or anything.

2 things: I dont have this same issue on BD, and I am using FireFox to play this game on.

Edit: And yes I have cleared the cache, but still this problem persists.

What can I do?

lol...it does, and yes the prob is there for me too...but i dont really mind it XD

also, i think that there was supposed to be a background for BG..but for me its just a black screen...but when i once logged in from my mob, it was there..
