To the World of Earth 4:
We the Holy Knife Fighters (HKF) alliance formally declare war on Sins (S) alliance. The Deal that our former leader Gaurav has made with Riodan is now null invoid. We can not let you come into NA and attack friends. We will defend the land.
This is our formal declaration of war to you. We are giving 24 hour notice to you. I hope you give the same curtesy as well and give us 24 ticks to prepare.
