Britain has apparently made known, their new drone technology. Mail Online U.K. reported on January 26th, of the "Taranis" drone.

Quote:

"It is named after the Celtic god of thunder, can fly faster than the speed of sound and evades enemy radar with its single-wing stealth design."

"Taranis will follow a set flightpath using on-board computers to perform manoeuvres, avoid threats and identify targets. Only when it needs to attack a target will it seek authorisation from a human controller."

I predict that they will fly with a perfect operational record. I also predict that on August 29th, 1997, anyone not wearing 2 million spf is gonna have a really bad day. :lol:

Good for Uk, but i don't know why they need it Uk and Us are like two brother alliance both fight wars togather . Even if UK go war on big country like china they still gonna fight togather.

I dunno bout ya'all, but the idea of robots "picking their own targets" just strikes me as a bad direction to go in.... Little too close to the Youtube vid above for comfort! :lol:
