Alright guys, so here goes. I will be once again leading another alliance. The alliance name is still undetermined that will be decided later. I As you all know, Earth 3 just restarted so I have time to put together a pretty good list. I only want the best, but of course there are many people that are better then me at this game. But I think that some of you have seen me.

Here are some requirements:
Activity:
So that isn't much of a brainbuster. I want activity. That is pretty much required in any alliance that plans on doing good, but just wanted to touch on it.
MSN:
Ok, so MSN is required for maximum organization and communication. I will be using that to plan and chat. I find it much better then then the chat they have in game. Thats just my opinion. If you do not have one, all I can say is make one. I would use Skype but some people refuse to download it. So I will stick with MSN.
Loyalty:
So this is obvious but I felt I had to touch on this topic. Nobody likes somebody who isn't loyal. I consider myself a loyal leader. I rarely kick somebody that was on my original list unless they are really doing bad.
Boosting:
Ahhh, yes I knew that I would come onto this topic. I want boosting, thats for sure. But you can boost just blues if you want. Reds are not required and If you dont have reds, then vote to get some blues quick.

So thats it, if you have the above qualities, then apply to join. If I know you or have played with you before, then you will have a rather higher chance of joining.

One last note, when the era restarts, make sure that you join on time. I wont want you complaining that you could not make it in because you were late. So please! Join on time!

In my personal opinion if somebody is too lazy to spend 5 minutes of their time for the benefit of the alliance and themselves then they are not loyal enough to be in it. Mate, if you want Skype then TELL THEM TO GET SKYPE! (Because it IS better)

It depends how many boosters I'm up against for example on E1 I'm rank 40 because the boost bar is going up 5% a tick, yes, 5% a tick!! But on E3 I'm rank 20 at tick 500 and I hardly boosted anything, should be rank 1-10 by tick 1000

-Active (Never more than 10 hours unless something bad happens)

-Outpost guy (I focus extermely on outposts, If I am with a good team I usually have a good 50 at least. I will push everyone to have a high outpost count)

Last time i saw them was E4 when ML was here, but they got destroyed cuz AOD and another were killing em, but still, thye are pretty good.

Pretty much all of you I have heard of and played with. Ferr3t i played with you in The Matrix. Return, i have heard good things about you from LC. So yes you are in. Maxattack, I havent seen you play, but I know how good of a player you are so you are in as well.
