This is a screenshot of the start of my battle against panko1234. What surprised me is that we're both level 8 (notice the Tesla drone) and yet he both starts first and has both actions. I've beat him twice I got no biggie, but this isn't normal right?

It is actually a flaw and happens quite often. One of the many things that is being worked on while sm is in beta.
