When you get to the building a metal mine, the task is to "select the metal mine". However, when you click on it nothing happens. You have to click "Build" and then refresh the client in order for the tutorial to continue.
Just a small bug that may confuse new players.

Yes you need to click build in order to build the selected structure. However you shouldn't have to refresh the client.
