Ok, so tonight I purchased some tokens on OneBip Mobile option to pay for them at 10:34 SHARP.. I bought a total of 30$ worth of tokens and I got 0 tokens, I confirmed the purchase, it told me to wait a minute or so... I waited for a minute or so and wen't back on F1 where I purchased my tokens, I looked and they hadn't arrived yet. So I decided to wait 5 or 10 more minutes, just expecting a minor error. I checked again 8 minutes till the prior visit, and my tokens STILL were not there. My tokens STILL aren't on my account and I have been waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I don't know why this is happening, another thing that is messed up is that tokenAdministrator didn't send me a message when I completed the purchase or even before I purchased them. I didn't get a message before or after the purchase and I didn't even get 1 message when I first attempted to buy...
I do not know if this is a bug with the tokenAdministrator or a bug with OneBib, but all I know is that I am really pissed off because I paid 30-40$ and got 0 tokens. HELP

That's the problem, I didn't get any emails or messages about my purchase, but on the phone it literally said... Purchase complete and Purchase successful

Personaly, never liked OneBip; mobile payments mostly rely on impulse buying - OneBip's 'register an account' policy totally defeats the purpose of that.. On top of losing impule buyers there are mountians of complains raining in about items not being delivered..Maybe it's time for a new mobile payment system?

But when it says tokens will arrive momentarily, I don't expect 3 days... I don't even expect 10 minutes! Is there anyway I can get refund? Cuz I want my 35$ back....
