I wasn't sure where to put this, I think you need a forum section in here.

I keep on getting logged out of the forums so I have to keep on signing back in. It even happened to me once straight after signing back in and clicking on go to previous page. It allows me to start posting sometimes and then doesn't allow me to post because I'm not logged in. I've only had this problem today and yesterday and probably tomorrow and the day after that etc.

Check that the links you are using are not changing the URL, because /i know that some of them do.

If you are on, say, http://battledawn.com/ and you click a link that opens the page in http://www.battledawn.com/, then you will be logged out, unless you have a "remember me" cookie for that URL.

If this is the case, then I suggest going to each of the possible URLs (of which I believe there are 3), and logging in with "keep me logged in" ticked.

The 3 URLs that can be used to access this forum are:
http://battledawn.com/forum
http://www.battledawn.com/forum
http://prod.battlegate.net/forum

Different links annoyingly point to different ones for some reason.

I gave up trying after a week of attempting to log in. I decided to try again after the change from the last update. It appears to be working fine now, I think I was using prod.battledawn.net/forum or that's what I'm using now. I just used the one that the link on the homepage sends me to.

When you click on the log-in button while viewing the forums, it will not log you in.
Go to http://battledawn.com and click the log-in button from there.
When it takes you back to the homepage, click on the "forums" tab in the navigation. And you SHOULD be logged in.


The one way to tell if you correctly logged in or not, is if it gives the message saying that you logged in, and something about 'click here to go back ...blah blah blah'
