When you are doing the new quests that came out, if you already have squads trained (in your orders screen), and you're doing one of the train a unit quests, the arrow that should point at the colony (to open and train units), actually points to the first squad.

Not THAT big of a deal, especially since people who have troops, obviously know how to train them
