Isn't if the spy has more infiltration it beats spy protection?

I'm thinking he got the event before refreshing. Spy pro ticks only change when you refresh, events you can get without refreshing.

Try refreshing, see what happens.

Yeah that's the thing with spies... everything about them is usually secretive... kind of fits with the theme lol. You should be worried it if does say who did it.
