Relic and 10 relic achievements come at the end of era, when a world goes into havoc.

You'll still get your tokens... but it looks like you're going for the tokens there.

The achievement was changed because of the easiness of getting the tokens (achievement). Pass it between subs and main... friendlies... *bam* half the world now has the tokens (achievement) without doing anything much except sending a spam to a relic.

It's not an achievement if you get it virtually for free. Achievements are supposed to be somewhat difficult to get. Thus the word "Achievement".
