Ive got conqured and i wish to relocate.
now i know u need to have an outpost 24 ticks in order to be able to relocate but u cant do it while conqured.
so i have 2 question:
do i need army to rebel?
after I rebel i need to wait 24 ticks.. afterwards i gain control on my colony or shall i wait more 72 ticks and only then i will be able to relocate?

If you are conquered and you wish to relocate then you need to wait the 72 control ticks and have an outpost with 24 control ticks. when you relocate your rebellion will start as soon as you relocate.

Atleast that's the way i understand it, someone correct me if im wronge.

correct, relocation will automatically activate rebellion, so u don't have to wait that much. Just 72 ticks, an OP with 24 control ticks, and enough resources to relocate.

u don't need any army either. But in case you have some, put ur units (as much as u can) to ur colony before relocating. Or else they will be left at the old location and vulnerable for attacks.
