I'd say check all the gear you have on as maybe something changed level. Or if you changed gear do a full refresh, I've yet to see anyone else talk about a bug like this though.

with levels decreased after updates, its a common problem :)

my mech is lvl 14, mine also 14 now, but my torsos are of lvl 3 :D cz of no money and after removing lvl 22
