This just happened 1 day, I have no idea why. I tried to fix it but couldn't. This is only a problem when I'm playing on chrome. On firefox the game window is fine.

You've zoomed in. Make sure you play at 100% zoom :)

It has nothing to do with my game settings. The problem begins before I log in.

And your browser can be zoomed in before you log in :P

That's the setting for chrome. Will be different for other browsers, but check your webpage isn't zoomed in.
