Andy described this issue i'm sorry cant find that topic though
but as i remember when you have more than 1 accounts and one is a low level one ; then u switch to ur main one this can happen at a lagging time
not sure though
but this can be a hack too / i have experienced that a long time ago a player called racea1 got almost 70+ streak with this thing and went to top 2nd player and when we look at his replays our game froze
he had wins like in 4-6 turns
and we reported that player / thing/ bug and it solved
just look at his replays if u can still find him and if he has an unbalanced wins with 2-6 turns in each game i think you should post it again

i believe its a kind of hack or bug
just looked at ur 2nd image and i saw it he has all his wins in 2-6 turns
this happens because the opponent system is blocked and cant see anything to the opponent and when opponent lost his moves that player get the win
thanks for posting that player is reported let's see if its a bug/lag/ hack
