Every time when I log out and sign back in and check how much more wins I need for a gold box, It just keeps on resetting. Please I want to get a gold box.

The reward is now a silver box, And the account that you gave the gift key to has to get to level 30 before you get the silver box (:

Hes talking about campaign Endako, the gold boxes in campaign require you to have a certain amount of multiplayer wins before opening them.

Back to topic, have you contacted Alex with your issue?

This may sound a little bit odd but are you clicking on the same box every time as they have different amounts of wins per box. If you are then try clearing cache and cookies and see if that makes any difference.

If none of this works then message back here as soon as possible.
