hello,

im using firefox and i have already cleared my cache and the last 6 months of my browser history. maybe i have to clear all of it and thats already the problem but as ive read other topics concerning this problem im still confused because ive read "it has since been fixed" multiple times and for me it has not been fixed. i still cannot login to my account unless i use privacy mode - which i do not want because i have to type in my username and password every time (its not a big deal but it shouldnt have to be like that since it worked before on the "normal" browser.)

That indicates a cache or cookies issue...

Have you made sure to click Temporary Internet Files, Cache, Cookies?

If so, could you try reinstalling flash?
