Well, NESS and G have been duking it out for a while now. GHA was minorly in the war against G fighting off G's multitude of subs that they accrued to the south. worm was an ally with NESS and GHA at the beginning of the round and agreed to a NAP until tick 500 with GHA. On tick 292, a message was sent to us from worm stating that they were ending the NAP over 200 ticks early and were giving us 6 ticks head notice before attacking. With GHA thinking the NAP wouldn't end until tick 500 and worm being located directly behind GHA (6 ticks) away; the war has started. Will admit, not many alliances would even give that much notice but it is no doubt still a bit of a shock that such a reputable alliance would break a NAP so early.

Technically not a betrayal, since there was a declaration, but the NAP was still broken way in advance. To top it off, I flat out asked and they denied that they were going to betray us, and less than 10 ticks after i asked. Shame the highest ranked alliance had to resort to trickery and was afraid to announce war 10 ticks earlier with over 300 more power than us.

Obviously this battle is not in our favor, but we'll see how things go! G and NESS are both down for the count trying to recover from their fight. G will probably make an appearance in this war soon as well. Wish us luck, screenshots to be posted (hopefully in our favor xD)

With due notice? Im sorry, but if you dont notify with atleast 24 hours in danvace to breaking a NAP, i call it betrayal and dirty playing. Breaking a NAP early is fine, so long as you give a 24 tick warning and not when the other party is fighitng someone else.

Iv seen this happen many times and am proud to say MAD will step in to help GHA and NESS in any way we can to help fight worm. I will also be asking my many friends in the era to help beat back those without honor.
