If you are using hooks you would still only need one since the hook takes 1 of the 2 turns. Only point to having 2 would be if you managed to trap them in a corner but even then they would simply stomp you away unless they have to double cd.

As I said, they would just stomp you away therefore they would still have to use 1 turn to move then one to hit you.
