Back when i was playing this game a couple years ago or so their was a 25% attack bonus when inf. were fighting veh.

and their was a 25% attack bonus when veh. were fighting tanks, is this still the case today?

It is not exactly a 25% attack bonus though. The "bonus" subtracts 25% of the weaker chassis' hp rather than add 25% attack points to the stronger chassis. Thus it can be a larger or smaller bonus than merely 25%. Also on a side note, it will never reduce their hp lower than 1hp.
