I was going to make a thread about this a while ago but I got busy and forgot... bit of backstory.. a while ago I lost a few items from my inventory due to my account being accessed without my knowledge and items got fused away... ill cut the details and say I have been slowly working on getting those items back... some of the last ones I needed were 2 Needle Blaster mk2's and Rino boots... and to my amazement soon a starter pack offer shows up ''The pack included 2 Needle Blaster mk2's, Electron Defense, Rino Boots, Bullet Shark, 2 Apocalypse Mark 2's, and some ammo and modules'' I basically had the reaction of ''shut up and take my money'' but.... I was on my alternate account at the time ''was testing something''... and upon switching back to my main account to go and buy the pack... The Offer doesnt show up anymore... which to be quite honest makes me feel just a ''tiny bit infuriated'' as that pack would have given me the exact items I needed to finally remake my mech.. but given that offer refused to show up on my account... I missed it... so heres what I want to know... can I just have 980 tokens removed from my account ''i have 1001 right now'' or whatever the cost of the pack was... and have the packs contents added to my inventory? I think missing out on those items I was going to buy fair and square because of a glitch is just unacceptable to be blunt...
If what I mentioned above is possible I can provide more account info ''like ID'' if needed... and as I said I would want tokens removed from my account when the items can be added... not trying to get anything for free... i just want to be able to complete the purchase as it was initially set up.

Not a glitch unfortunately - but one of many reasons why we recommend/allow just 1 account. Starter packs are account-specific and show up just once per account as well (and only for starters too if I am not mistaken).
I'll ask if we can do something for you here, could you email your account IDs ideally along with the transaction ID of the purchase to
