Honestly I would guess the entire thing needs Tacticsoft approval since you will be doing things with their product. Entirely depends on what you wish to do also so more details would be needed.

I'm not actually using their product, I'm just making it easier for people to use their product.
If a feature exists that tactisoft already has a solution for, i wouldn't include it.

For example:
One feature will be a calculator, since i often find my self using one.
Another feature will be a timer, since those come in handy often.

They are things that directly make playing BD easier since every other application you might use to play the game is located in one spot.

And from the beginning, I never claimed this as an official "BD" tool. Infact, technically speaking, the actual program doesn't mention "BattleDawn", it only mentions "BD", which i doubt tactisoft has the exclusive rights to.

Plus, I'm actually planning to take this program seriously and make it really nice. If BD stopped a fan project that makes playing their own game easier and more fun, then I think they are hurting them selves. The program will be free, and I won't make any profit off of it, there won't even be a donation page.

Also, it looks like my BD.exe board got taken down.
It was mostly a joke application, I mean it just opened your web browser to the battledawn site. It was more a joke making fun of people who want a BD desktop application.
(Also once again, i never actually referenced BattleDawn in the actual application (only 'BD'), or claimed my thing as a product that they made, I don't see why the board got taken down.)
