For the past two days my friend has not been able to connect to Battledawn.com

The forum does not even work for him so I am posting for him.

He has reset his router, he is not on a proxy, and he has tried 4 different browsers including Firefox, Chrome, and IE. He has also cleared cache and cookies. He has tried to connect on multiple computers from his house and none of them are working for Battle Dawn. He says he has Battledawn.com trusted under all of anti-virus's and protective methods. Battlegalaxy.com works so I know his internet is working but he can still not connect to Battledawn.com. He has also already tried http://prod.battlegate.net/client/game. ... arsFantasy.

Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? Any ideas you think might work are welcome. Please let me know.

Well the only other thing I can suggest is to ensure that his flash player is up to date.

If that does not work could you please reply as soon as possible and we will try to think of any other possible solutions.

Something that has worked before on windows at least is
Pressng the start button (or the windows key if you're on windows 8.1) and write in cmd and open the program.

write in

tracert www.battledawn.com

(you can copy it, but can't paste with ctrl v, right click then click paste to paste it)

It sounds like a DNS issue, and this solution have worked many times before. If it doesn't, please post again and we'll try something else.

Hey so (this forum is about me) anyways so 1) My flash is up to date 2) The Tracert did not work(I tried it for every battledawn link I can find) 3) The prod site dosn't work.

Just to give a layout of whats happening is every time I go to battledawn.com I end up getting http://prntscr.com/5bib49 which I can only get by, if I go on https:// and https:// gets stuck at the hourglass with a note saying "only secure content shown" and if I let it load everything it still gets stuck.

Now as Simmen said I am thinking its a DNS issue to as its only on my wifi and everything is updated. Though the odd thing with that is I have changed my DNS on all of my computers multiple times and their IP's to my wifi yet they are all still having problems connecting (This is a 24/7 issue). I have tried resetting my router, changing its administrator settings, resetting its connections ect and of course this is only battledawn.com as battlegalaxy works and so does the rest of the internet.
