standards:

you must be ACTIVE-atleast on 3x a day
you must be experienced-you have played for 1 era on any world, or know basics & tactics, & followed the tutorial

LR-Code Of Law:

do NOT attack colonys surrounded by a BLUE ring
help all members when needed if possible
ALWAYS follow orders
try to keep up with everyone else(this rule is what i would LIKE, not want)
make sure you build your colony/relocate to our territory

remember, all our members are here to help & will do all they can to make a good round/era for you
