I think it's because of the inexperience in the alliance (sub)

A few of their members attacked us earlier and later they had to apologize a lot for it since we still had a Nap with Gene

they are not a sub

their leader came to me asking for help getting an alliance off the ground we agreed to be brother alliances and we would [protect him until they can relocate into their own area

as for now i have asked for the guy to be kicked to resolve the issues
