i bought a small pack of reds , 18.00 worth (were is the discount promossed ? ) it shows the deduction from my bank for the transaction to tact. but i didnt recieve my red's ?

normally its instant , but i get this message saying something about *if i followed through or what not .. well since my cash is gone im concidering it followed through on my end .

i filed a dispute , this is definetly the last time i'll ever support BD

Tokens shold come pretty much imediatly, if they still haven't come (I usually say wait an hour, but I guess that's now), mail admin@battledawn.com, and include the transaction-ID yo got in the mail that was sent when you purchased the tokens.

Looking at the screenshot you posted, you send the purchase at 9.51 PDT, and you posted here 10.08 PDT and already opened a dispute.

Since its already opened, I doubt our system will send the tokens out anyway.
Your 3 hours of waiting was so in fact 16 minutes (including the time to open the dispute), right?

Please correct me if I am wrong tho.

Like Simen already mentioned, even when you use paypal with a verified account, it can take up to 1-2 hours in rush hours.

Please talk as soon as possible to me or preferably Seth, because a chargeback like that usually ends with a permanent ban.

ok So ? your going to give me my loot back and perma bann me , instead of just giving me the tokens , whatever you say just make it so .

i dont know why i bother with this game anymore anyways

the times were actually i waited 30 minutes before the dipute was opened , im going by the times on the actual paper work , and when i said it was 3 hours to simmen at that time yes it had been close to 3 hours since i orignally bought them .

iv been buying reds for 5 yrs there abouts and its Always Always Always been instant .. this time it wasnt , so there you go

i could drop the dispute , i guess but i still dont have the tokens , and if your just gonna give back the loot and bann me foreverrr im good with that i suppose .

Hey mate! First of all, sorry for your inconvenience. As a gamer, I completely understand how frustrating it can be when your funds seem to be in "limbo". I am typically not prone to patience either in those cases.

Anyway, I looked up your transaction, and found that PayPal did not have time to complete the transaction fully, specifically, they never sent the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) to our server. In light of the fact that you didnt get tokens, I have remedied the situation. However, it must be noted that this case being opened to begin with was not necessary.

Historically, I have seen PayPal take up to 3-6 hours to send and IPN during peak times and hours, especially EST USA. In some very rare cases, I have seen it take up to 24 hours.

Regardless, if this happens and drags out too long, then contacting me directly is the way to go. I tend to be pretty well equipped to figure out these types of pesky problems. Specifically, if you open a case, then PayPal will simply not send out the IPN at all, and then we have a case on our account that we really had no control over to begin with.

i see on paypal were it says it was refunded and i got the memo , still processing at my bank but i guess its takin care of .
