I Think Hand over Crystals and Relics is farming and both players (attacker and defender) should be banned ,regardless tick number.
also any colony got red banned should removed or have protection for the era end to prevent any one farm it. as the multi colonies only built for cheat and farming. so to prevent a kind of cheat , delete and remove all colonies got red banned.
and now
you want play SOLO and be a HERO, play fair, don't cheat and show all your talent , Experience , clout and tactics !!

I think the bigger issue or problem if there is any then is the sub alliances, the admin should forbit more then idk 3 sub alliances to exist or something like that and trust me the admin knows who are the multis who are not
