Fantasy 5 is a custom world, and you get to decide the settings!

Vote in the poll above, you can choose two options, and it ranges from 1 man to 8 man, from 1 tick per hour to 4 ticks per hour. We will also allow you to vote if you want crystals on the mines, if you do, the mines will have defense.

It looks like 3 ticker won the poll, why is the world set to 2-ticks at the moment?

I think it will fix itself once the ticks actually start... same thing happened on e5 but was corrected when the countdown ended.
