Why the change in protection ticks?
Also will all the servers be based of 30 minites ticks or will E1 be labelled a double tick server while other servers will fill the normal tick rules?

I assume your talking about the beta E1 because old E1 is still normal speed. I have not yet been able to log on the new Earth yet though.

I agree this new protection sistem makes the game really boring better go back to the old way

I dont notice any change, lol. You still get the same protection tick feature.

He is referring to the protection ticks going down every 1-2 minutes while you are logged in. I'll get some clarification tomorrow as to what's happening with that feature in the future and get back to you guys.

I spoke to our dev team a few minutes ago and we are looking into implementing the fast protection tick system in the new client so that players can get into the game and out of the build-up phase faster.

If you've realised yet, it takes 6 ticks to attack the closest person you can get.

Ticks are every 30 minutes.

Basically, squads will get somewhere in the same time (3 hours for the closest) - but you get resources more frequently.

Think of this as a "Single Tick Double Resources" world. Because that's basicaly what it is.
