I am experienced & sponsor member and Fantacy my favourite world. I have been facing a strange problem when I came again to play battle dawn after few month. Earth and other world are well for me but the only fantacy world make me a strange screen view problem.
some time I cant see my colony, alliance colony, neighbor colony and some time I can see but not all.
Some time I cant see my ships, others ships and some time I can see but not at all.
Some time I cant select colony and squad.
This problem comes with different zoom level and image view don't change with dererent zoom level.
I can't play in fantacy world due to above strange problems.

I clear my cashe and other browsing data, change explorer but the problem is same.
I use other internet connection and pc but facing the same problem.

I request to developer of battledawn, please clear this issure for me or any solution. I can share my user id and pass with you.

try clicking on the "eye" icon next to the map and change setings from there

Now, I just did one work to check if my ip issue. I used a software to change my ip address to
" IP Information: 65.49.14.85
ISP:Hurricane Electric
Organization:Sophidea "

The problem solved.

My origin is Pakistan and I use two ISP, one is PTCL and other one is Wateen. Both create the same problem for me.

I think it is the probelm of my origin ip address.

Please solve it.

Did you know what caused it? I heard about a similar problem lately and your solution might help.

Automatically solved. I was worried about it. It was not be solved by Admin. I gave him my user name and password He checked with game client developer and told me that it was well by him. But I was facing the probelm.
Then I changed my IP to other country IP by using a proxy software. Then it worked fine and also well with my home country IP.

I don't know what exactly caused for clear the problem. My last attempt to change proxy is reason to solved it.

BD staffs NEVER, NEVER ask u for the password, I recomend to change ur password immediately to prevent future annoyance.

Aister I think he's saying he sent the info to his worlds admin asking for help. Not that the admin asked for his info.

still, never give ur passwords to anyone, including those who u think are staffs

admins can access to everything on ur account without having to log in, they don't need ur passwords.

Exactly, there are only very rare issues when we really need to have a password.
