Please go to settings -> app data -> clear all app data
and restart the game by using your SM account. This should work for you.

It's all saved on the server, not locally, it would purely clear your sessions so may help!

It's pretty much uncharted territory this (obviously these systems are new) but it's all saved online (and not locally) to begin with.
