Hello,

Account names are unique and used to log in. Display names (unlike account names) can contain spaces and be shared.

Is it possible you may be trying the wrong account name?

Seeing as you're using the same name to post on the forums I am assuming that is a different account from your old game account?

if so, your game account probably had a different name!
