Well... probably the developers didn't think it was important? They tossed a coin on it? Surely, the reason must have been very important.

We will never know.

But... here's a chance to get back the Old Item Shop (viewtopic.php?f=419&t=40176) Vote 'yes' and maybe... just maybe... one day, the Old Item Shop will return and you can get what you want to buy, instead of random box purchases.

But I want to buy some lower level items, Let's not be discriminatory against lower level item. They are items too ok..
