This game is no longer "free" when someone buys tokens with real money. You are paying for a service that does not meet.

I think... If you cannot do it correctly, then do not sell the tokens, give them until you solve the problems!

Our apologies!

We solved a general issue that slowed down logins yesterday, we've also used a bit of extra server power a bit ago to handle a huge influx of players (this was around black friday, and may have caused the online players to look a bit strange).

If these problems happened to me alone, great! But it´s happening to us all.

Right now (and of this already 2 days ago) I am not seeing any player connected, when in fact more than one are connected. In the ranking list, the players appears "off line" and in the clan list like "on line".

I do not know why I have to explain all this, if you already know it.

I do not know, improve the server, please do something!

Ahhh... another thing ... 2 days ago I am not receiving my reward for the daily visit to the game. No longer exists?

I've emailed you about this privately as well, my apologies for the delay. I received the email only about 7 hours ago somehow.

It's worth trying to clear your cache (Ctrl + Shift + N can be a good test of this if playing on Google Chrome) or app data if on android.

This may help with the issue seeing the player list.

As for the daily bonus, it was not removed, until now all reports of this have indicated it might be specific to Google Chrome (which is currently facing a large amount of issues with our game unfortunately thanks to an update there

By the way, I split off some posts as one was about an entirely different game, 1 was a suggestion/different report and a 2nd was another different bug report.. Please understand guys, these games are very complicated and if we start mixing every different issue in both games (or even just one) and throw in some ideas too, It'll be next to impossible to organize I fear. Please stick to the original issues and if you experience a different one than the ones Nancy seems to be experiencing, please report it in a different thread!

If you experience the exact same ones though, we would love to hear of anything youve found in that.

Yes, I use Google Chrome. But I have known that other players have similar problems and are not using Google.

I delete all cookies up to 3 times a day.
