I have a good idea. I think players should be given a "score" based on there overall performance in the game. Take into account acheivments, win loss ratio, mechs upgrade power levels, amount of time played... etc.

After this is done give the clans a "cap" on total combined score.

I believe this will prevent clans from getting all the best players and keep things more balanced.
