So here is how the era started....we created a small alliance and saw that Echo was near.

They offered to merge and instead we agreed to a 500 tick nap (I have the msgs and will post behind this one)

We started the converstation and established a 500 tick NAP on tick 3:

I wrote:
We plan to be 1 and 2 so if we merge later, that will be alright with me.For now, my players are still coming on.Also, we have strict rules for activity: 24 ticks for the sub is a boot and conquer, 12 for the main.I don't have to lead but we needed to create the sub so for now, I was second on and we needed to get radar range.

I'm thinking a 500 tick NAP with a review and probable renewal for more.
What are your thoughts?

on tick 10 we saw they had accepted the player in our hive Silence and were flying 10 squads in so I sent this to KingTutt:

Subject: 10 Squads

Msg: They are all aware we are blue right?


His reply was: Yeah.
I said: Just checking thanks.

at the end of the tick we were under attack and when I sent msgs, they sent back saying we were red the whole time.

I am going to provide some screenshots of the attack to us.

Also, we defended just fine so this is only to state that they are LIARS and Backstabbers. The game is about war but because we are spread across the globe, we can't abide by LIARS.

Anyone that wants to help weed them out please do.

Here is a screenshot of the attacks on Tick 11 and us moving to defend. Notice they are still blue with red outlines and we are not attacking at all.

Just to set the record straight, it appears I did post once on here back in mid 2009 and forgot.

This is the only post that was directly about an era though. The other was a general comment during a discussion about subs.

Something interesting in the era already, thanks for posting this. I am interested in seeing how this turns out.

I was talking to one of my old friends who is currently in ECHO
He said you guys said you had an NAP, but you weren't marked so everybody went ahead with the attack including the leader.

Here is the Echo Leader agreeing to the NAP to me on tick 3

And with a new 10 tick NAP to sort the rest out, it is finished....I hope. Of course the leader will remain conquered until he moves or vacations since he perpetrated the betrayal.

Nice to see some action on the forums, I guess Echo should think twice next time.
