I have 3 accounts all with rank 1, have spent hundreds on this game and now im so discouraged i just want to quit. Every time i buy tokens it takes 48 hours or longer to receive them and im ready to give up, im sure im not the only one with this issue and feeling this way. You guys must of noticed a drop in token sales recently which means less money for you guys which im sure isnt good. So can you guys PLEASE get this issue fixed finally? Or hire someone who actually knows what theyre doing to fix it? Cause you guys will lose a lot of valued players/customers like me if not... Its getting tireing. One other thing, ive opened over 200 gold boxes, my girlfriends only opened the free ones in campaign and shes got better items than i do, hows that even possible? Im wondering if its even possible for me to get god mode or an axe or is it not so i just keep spending more on tokens lol? Thanks. ..

Sorry to hear this. I really have to apologize for this, we don't experience trouble like this often and we do our best but...

We recently fixed a major issue, I assure you it was a top priority for our developers and if anything else pops up that will be as well.

This happens very rarely but I assure you we always make sure no one ends up duped. We normally process transactions within some minutes. It's also worth checking your account after a transaction in an incognito tab or clearing your cache - sometimes it immediately processes on the server but for one reason or another your client doesn't realize it and still shows the wrong amount..


That said it's possible its delayed for another reason (some credit cards are checked manually by paypal, bank payments can take up to a week depending on communication between them and your bank ), it seems to me however all your recent purchases are credited at this time (?) with the tokens spent.

If you are still missing tokens or if you wouldnt mind helping us to investigate what could be slowing down your purchases if it's happened outside of this issue, could you shoot me an email at [email protected]?

PS: Boxes are totally random. If you have lots of myths and want a specific one, I recommend the Mythical box! It has a chance of getting an item guaranteed not to be in your inventory - making it really great for getting a few missing mythicals when you have lots. With Gold Boxes it's much more random..

Yes i did receive the tokens i previously complained about , im only missing 200 right now , that i have paid for by cellular phone using the DaoPay payment feature on supermechs.com .. I know its only 200 tokens , but nonetheless it costed me like 7$ Canadian , so to me it is worth mentioning . I tried using this payment option cause i figured there would be no manual payment check, but like the two previous forma of payment i used (bank/paypal, and paypal/creditcard) it still did not get delivered to me . I never had this issue until about two weeks ago , i use to instantly get my tokens every purchase , so it really sucks now that its happening everytime now.. Like today for example, mythical boxes are on sale, i would of spent another 50 bucks minimum, but i won't receive my tokens in time for the sale so i dont wanna buy any at all.. Hope You guys fix this soon, cause youd be making a lot more money off me thats forsure lol... I just tried that [email protected] email you provided, and got the same error i received when emailing you..do you have an email i can reach that isnt @tactisogt.net? Like for example @hotmail.com? Because it seems like my hotmail email cannot email tactisoft email addresses for some reason :/

This is very strange.. have you tried clearing your cache or using an incognito tab? It may help.
