I bought 1,500 tokens and whenever I got to buy something that costs tokens, it logs me out and says I lost connection to the server.

I have the same issue. I have cleared my cache, rebooted my machine, (I am a software developer by trade). This is a server side issue.

This is also considered 'fraudulent' business practices, here in the USA., and can be enforced.

Yeah, I'm wondering if this is against the law, we are paying for a product and they aren't sending us crap for days, and now one of my orders haven't showed up at all it's been over 3 days... Makes me won't quit . Mod told me this was rare and he's never heard of this happening to anyone but me.. Funny, cause your like the fourth person I see on this forum who posted last night having token issues. Doubt this is rare at all. It's been happening to me for weeks, a similar issue, I purchase tokens and don't receive anything. Before it would take two days or more with PayPal so I tried pay by phone 3 days ago and NOTHING. It's BS

We had a bit of a hiccup, sorry! We try to prevent it but it happens sometimes.



Sadly the spending issue was quite widespread. That said we have an average amount of failed paypal purchases of about 1 every 3 months or so. It sucks when something goes wrong, but it's definitely not common for us.

That said beyond the 2~ days we had issues with paypal transactions, other delays there are not on our end =( We basically get a message automatically from paypal which then triggers a system that gives tokens. It's pretty much instantly (except in down time, when it takes about an hour, or when we had an issue a bit ago. Basically they give us another notification an hour or so later if it doesnt work at first) after PayPal sends us the notification.
We've fixed the different issues since, sorry mate!
