if the acheivment is in the multiplayer acheivments section you needed to have fused the torso while in multiplayer

if the acheivment is in single player acheivments you need to fuse the torso while in campaign

it's stupid, I know but that's Patriarchy for you.

You need to have it to be Power Level 9 to unlock that achievement.

well I've experienced in the past having done a campaign acheivment in mp and it hasnt worked but it worked when I did the same in campaign

perhaps they've fixed this since then idk but frankly your comment strikes me as victim blaming - this is a form of rape.
