The website wiki.battledawn.com is accessible in this forum as a hyperlink, as to explain the game in more detail. If i copy, paste, and send that address to someones BD game mail box would that action be considered same as spaming? Could the same action made in BD chat be taken as a spam offence?

It all depends wether or not you are spamming?

Are you sending this to every single player you meet? If so then yes
Are you sending this multiple times to the same player? If so then yes
Are you sending this to be annoying? If so then yes

Are you sending this bc they asked for help? If so then no

Right. If you are sending it to someone to explain something, or to help someone else, it would not be spamming.

However, if you are just mindlessly sending it to players without rhyme or reason or just to be a pest, then you might run into trouble.
